Training is the key to the daily hustle and grind. In order to equip yourself to run long distances, you need to understand your body parameters if you are running for the first time or you are running after a long gap (if you have been into physical activity regularly). In an aim to make fitness a lifestyle and invoke a sense of interest, we would be taking you through a series of training sessions in collaboration with some well-known and acclaimed fitness experts to take you through a scheduled training session and a standard diet according to your body's requirement. Body strengthening, liquid intake, running posture, endurance, modulation, speed et al; outdoor meetings and sessions twice a week.
